Very few veterinarians notify us when a pet has been euthanized.
The Clerk's Office often has no way of knowing if your dog has passed away or moved out of town. Notifying us of any changes with your dog's status within the last year allows us to keep our records up to date and prevents you from constant notices to license a dog that no longer lives in Chelmsford.
