Dog Licensing for 2024 begins on December 1, 2023. The cost is $15.00 for each spayed or neutered dog, or $20.00 for each unaltered dog.

**Please provide rabies documentation for all dogs at time of licensing.**
Please remember that per Massachusetts state law and Chelmsford by-laws, all dogs must have a current rabies vaccination and be licensed by February 29 to avoid late fees.
If your dog has moved from Town or passed away, please call the Town Clerk's Office at 978-250-5205 or email dogs@chelmsfordma.gov so that we can update our records. Thank you!
