Discussion of the Freeman Lake Diagnostic and Management Assessment Draft Report will be the primary focus of the upcoming Vinal Square Strategic Action Plan Committee Meeting. This will be a hybrid meeting held on Thursday, February 13, 2025, at 7:00 pm at The Chelmsford Public School Administration Building (230 North Road, Chelmsford, MA). If you are unable to attend in-person, the Zoom Meeting information is provided below. The meeting will also be recorded by Chelmsford Telemedia.
The Freeman Lake Diagnostic and Management Assessment began in 2023. Analysis has been completed and a draft report will be available soon. This meeting will summarize the findings and proposed next steps. We are seeking public input before finalizing the report.
