A comprehensive Diagnostic and Management Assessment of Freeman Lake began in 2023. Analysis has been completed and 1 of the action items is to apply targeted spot treatments of EPA-approved herbicides to help reduce the dangerous, excessive growth of invasive aquatic plants in the lake.
