The Chelmsford Health Department invites all community members to participate in our annual Free Flu Vaccine Clinics, designed to keep you and those around you healthy during flu season. Getting your flu shot not only helps protect you from illness but also reduces the spread of influenza throughout our community.

✅ Ages 3 years and older are eligible.
✅ Registration is preferred but walk-ins are welcome.
✅ All insurances accepted.
By receiving your annual flu shot at a Chelmsford Health Department clinic, you’re also supporting the funding of several important community health programs we provide year-round.
