Located on Dunstable Road in North Chelmsford, the Bill Edge/Deep Brook Reservation consists of 15+ acres of land. Much of the property is wetland associated with Deep Brook, but there are also stands of soft and hard woods. Access is available from Dunstable Road where there is a small parking area. Although relatively small in size, Deep Brook Reservation "feels" bigger due to the unbuildable land along Deep Brook and the adjoining Lowell Sportsmen's Club and Oak Hill Conservation Reservation on the south side of the brook. There is a small system of walking trails through the property, including along the banks of Deep Brook.
