NOTICE OF CYCLICAL PROPERTY INSPECTIONS

The Assessor’s Office will conduct cyclical property inspections as required by Massachusetts law. Each property must be inspected at least once every ten years to ensure assessments remain accurate and fair.

 Inspectors will:
 • Measure the exterior of your property
 • Attempt an interior inspection (takes about 10–15 minutes)

 Inspectors carry official ID and drive marked vehicles. If you are not home, a door tag will be left with instructions to schedule an appointment.
