A late payment charge of 0.0384% daily (annual percentage rate of 14%) will be charged on all unpaid balances more than 30 days from the bill due date.
Sewer payments may not be combined with tax payments.
Sewer charges that are past due may be liened to real estate tax bills in accordance with Massachusetts General Law.
