CORPORAL GEORGE R. QUESSY MEMORIAL STONE 

Intersection of Main Street and School Street, Chelmsford MA 

Dedicated December 4, 2002 

 

Corporal George R. Quessy served as a member of Battery F, 102nd Field Artillery during World War I.  Killed in the Battle of the Argonne in France, November 1, 1918, Corporal Quessy has been honored with the installation of the Quessy Memorial Stone.   He is also recognized on the World War I Monument in Vinal Square, North Chelmsford.
