 Memorial text for Wagoneer Alberton W. Vinal, Lieutenant Egbert F. Tetley, and Corporal George R. Quessy appears on three of the four sides of the monument. The west side of the monument honors Wagoner Vinal; the east side honors Lieutenant Tetley; the south side honors Corporal Quessy; and the base on the south side acknowledges the builder of the monument, J. M. Pinard.
